Introduction
Mission Thin Possible is a business operated by O3 Business, it is a business that is designed to assist customers in a Life Change Journey through group exercise and life change exercises. It is a business for people run by people and at its heart we believe in the opportunity for everyone to participate within the boundaries of the program without fear of harassment, sexual harassment, prejudice or violence.
This policy describes the harassment policy of O3Business and Mission Thin Possible and applies to any,employees,providers or users of Mission Thin Possible (MTP)services anywhere in the world, including any users of Mission Thin Possible apps, websites, features or other services.

Ontario Law

O3Business follows the Ontario Health and Safety Laws and uses the same definitions of  harassment. Harassment is defined as the following:

    • (a) engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct against a worker in a workplace, or customer in a group exercise setting  that is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome, or
    • (b) workplace sexual harassment;

“workplace sexual harassment” means,

    • (a) engaging in a course of vexatious comment or conduct, against a worker or customer, in a workplace or group exercise environment,  because of sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, where the course of comment or conduct is known or ought reasonably to be known to be unwelcome, or
    • (b) making a sexual solicitation or advance where the person making the solicitation or advance is in a position to confer, grant or deny a benefit or advancement to the worker and the person knows or ought reasonably to know that the solicitation or advance is unwelcome;

Harassment could also include any policy or act that discriminates based on race, color, religion, sex (including gender identity and pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, or parental status is prohibited in the USA.

Application

This harassment policy applies to all participants within the Mission Thin Possible Team programs , including customers, coaches and anyone else employed by O3Busines ,whether by correspondence or in person.
No harassment of any kind will be condoned or tolerated.

Reporting

Any and all incidences of perceived harassment should be reported immediately through the Mission Thin Possible Contact email address either found on the contact page of the Mission Thin Possible Website or through info@missionthinpossible.com. All coaches are encouraged to call 1-905-331-1352 to report incidents and or concerns.

Investigation

O3Business will investigate and deal with any and all complaints or incidents of workplace or customer harassment in a fair and timely manner. Information about a complaint or incident will not be disclosed except to the extent necessary to protect workers or customers, to investigate the complaint or incident and/or to take corrective action or as otherwise required by law.

Support

O3Buisness will take any action required to find support for all persons involved or concerned about incidents of reported harassment to the best of the companies ability.

Updates to This Policy

We may occasionally update this policy. If you use our services after an update, you consent to the updated policy.
